DIGITAL SIGNATURES
A Digital Certificate is your identity on the internet. Various Applications requires to verify the authenticity of the person e-filing. Digital Certificates (also called Digital Signatures) are the digital equivalent (i.e. electronic format) of physical or paper certificates. Examples of physical certificates are driver's licenses, passports or membership cards. Certificates serve as identity of an individual for a certain purpose, e.g. a driver's license identifies someone who can legally drive in a particular country. Likewise, a digital certificate can be presented electronically to prove your identity or your right to access information or services on the Internet. It is a set of codes that is unique only to you. It cannot be tampered. You are therefore required to get a Digital Certificate from an authorized body to comply with online filing.

DIGITAL SIGNATURES
1. Prepare Your Computer and Browser: (Follow the detailed steps below)
2. Register to Create your account to manage Digital Signature Certificate(s).
3. Enroll for obtaining Digital Signature Certificate.
4. Complete the hard copy of Application form and send it to Registering Authority office.
5. Download Digital Signature (at a later date or time) after you receive e-mail once your DSC is ready for download.
